Hello and welcome to Ireland Fashion Week,
Last night we had our launch event in Dublin, bringing together our board members, fashion week partners and judges, to celebrate a milestone moment for the future of Irish fashion industry.
💫 Today we open up applications for the seven fashion shows which will take place across Ireland, from October 6th-10th 2025. Applications will remain open until May 23rd, and will be reviewed on a rolling basis by our incredible panel of judges. You will find the application form below, as well as an overview of the various fashion shows. Successful applicants will be invited for an interview, and in June we will announce the final fashion designers who will have show slots throughout the week in October.
Today’s applications are open exclusively for fashion designers, however, once we have our designers confirmed, we will open further opportunities, events and more for the wider creative community: from accessories and shoes to hats and beyond! We will also be doing open calls for stylists, models, backstage assistance and will have an internship program for students and recent graduates looking to gain experience during Ireland Fashion Week. But first things first, we need to set the scene for Ireland’s first nationwide fashion week by bringing together a strong roster of fashion designers to create runway shows to remember.
Ireland’s inaugural fashion week will be bringing together the best of Ireland’s creative minds. From fashion design to makeup artistry, floral creations and set design. DJs, models, poets, and so much more - a fashion week is an entire ecosystem fuelled by much more than the garments worn on the runway, but entire months and years of development and hard work.
Every single designer who is selected for a fashion show, whether for a solo show or mixed show, will be given the tools to grow their brand in the lead up to Ireland Fashion Week, and to springboard their business post-show.

Bare by Vogue - Tan and Skin Finish Partner for Ireland Fashion Week will prep all models, and VIP guests, with both a pre-show developing glow as well as a skin finish right before they take the runway.
National B - Ireland's premier beauty distributors, who will take care of hair throughout the week as Official Haircare Partner with their array of their core brands including Aveda, Bumble and Bumble, Color Wow, Kevin Murphy and Eleven.
🚀 Selected fashion designers will also be invited to two Brand Bootcamp days in July and September, where our partner agencies, platforms, board members and friends of Ireland Fashion week will be giving masterclasses to designers on everything from branding and trademarking to preparing to be e-commerce and social media ready for the lead up to Ireland Fashion Week.
Ireland Fashion Week is committed to subsidising the cost of fashion shows by up to 90% for fashion designers, making world-class productions accessible for a fraction of the cost, in order to boost the Irish fashion ecosystem from year one. During our Brand Bootcamp days, we will also provide guidance to designers on how they can claim back the remaining 10% by applying for relevant grants with their Local Enterprise Office (LEO), an incredible resource available across the country.
